‎‎RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right with your order - wrong item, missing item, or a product fault - please email us at info@onboardindustries.com.au as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if you can.

Change of Mind Returns

If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return unused items in their original, unopened packaging within 14 days of receiving your order for a full product refund (shipping not included).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund the value of the item(s) within 48 hours. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all included documentation.
• Returns that don’t meet these conditions can’t be refunded.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item arrives safely.
• We strongly recommend insured, registered post, as Catch Surf Australia is not responsible for lost returns.
• Sale items cannot be returned.
